The instructor Senior provides instruction and instructional leadership for workforce training programs within the Future
48 Semiconductor Workforce Accelerator. The Lead Instructor delivers instruction in semiconductor and advanced manufacturing workforce training programs and provides lead-level coordination and support for industry instructors, subject matter experts, and training partners delivering instruction within the accelerator.
This position assists with curriculum development, instructional quality, training program implementation, and coordination of instructional activities that support semiconductor workforce development initiatives. The Lead Instructor serves as a lead worker to instructional staff and industry trainers and supports the development of training programs that align with semiconductor industry workforce needs.
Essential Functions30% - Instruction, Assessment, and Student Success Provides instruction in semiconductor and advanced manufacturing workforce training programs in accordance with established competencies and learning outcomes; plans and delivers lectures, demonstrations, hands-on laboratory instruction, and applied learning activities; prepares instructional materials, lesson plans, and training resources; develops and administers assessments; evaluates student performance; maintains student records and assigns grades or competency evaluations;
