Duration: 08/03/2026 – 05/21/2027 (Approximately 9 months, 18 days)

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 36 Hours/Week | Day Shift (7:30 AM – 3:30 PM)

Seeking a compassionate and dedicated Preschool Instruction Assistant (CNA) to support preschool students with special needs in a classroom environment. The selected candidate will work closely with teachers to implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), provide instructional and personal care support, assist with daily classroom activities, and help ensure a safe and positive learning environment.

• Assist teachers in implementing instructional objectives, behavioral strategies, and IEP goals.
• Support students individually and in small groups with academic, social, and daily living skills.
• Monitor student behavior and ensure the safe use of classroom equipment.
• Observe student progress and maintain accurate documentation in accordance with federal, state, and agency policies.
• Assist students with personal care, including toileting, feeding, hygiene, mobility, and lifting when needed.
• Transport students to classroom activities and appointments as required.
• Participate in professional development and required training sessions.
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Associate's Degree OR completion of 60 college credit hours
  OR a valid Paraprofessional Certification

• Current Arizona Driver's License
  .
• Current CPR/BLS Certification (First Aid and Crisis Intervention certification required or must be obtained within the required timeframe).
• Level 1 Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Ability to lift, bend, stoop, reach, and assist students with physical needs.
• Strong communication, organization, multitasking, and time management skills.

• American Sign Language (ASL) skills.
• Braille knowledge.
• Experience working with preschool children or students with developmental disabilities/special needs.
• Experience supporting students with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
