We have an opening for a passionate and loving individual to join our team.
- Teachers without licensed experience in a licensed childcare facility earn $18.00 an hour!
- Teachers with 6 months experience in a licensed childcare facility earn $19.00an hour!
- Teachers with 2 years experience in a licensed childcare facility earn $20.90 an hour!
Our Floating Teachers spend their days working with young children to develop social and emotional skills through play. Art, messy play, and love & safety are at the foundation of our work. The position is full-time and the schedule may vary based on classroom needs (8:30-5:30) or (9:15-6:15).
Job responsibilities include:- Provide social/emotional, physical, cognitive support for a class of up to 22 students.
- Ensure the health and safety of the children in your care
- Follow all State licensing guidelines
- Maintain a clean classroom with prompt attention to child needs
- Be able to lift and carry children
- Complete daily care sheets
- Assist with curriculum delivery
- Work cooperatively and respectfully with all team members
