Field Operations - Scheduling Support Student Worker; NFWS

Purpose within the Organization:

Student Worker will work supporting counselors and assisting with appointment scheduling as well as provide operational support to GCU’s non-traditional campus.

Proficiently use University systems to execute multiple tasks and reporting Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment. Organize time effectively so all prioritized work is completed in a timely manner and desired tasks are achieved to ensure service quality. Work well in a team environment and communicating with other campus departments and leadership. Assist with Excel documents and reports

This position focuses appointment setting and uses the following programs:
Bookings Phone Outlook One Note SharePoint CRM Other programs as needed

Willingness to provide excellent customer service. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Dependable and punctual. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Willingness to work, learn, and be flexible. Must be available to work shifts on 3 of 5 weekdays each week. Must be able to work close to maximum hours each week (20 during school times, up to 40 during breaks, including Summer).

Enrolled at GCU as a full-time student in a Bachelor’s program or Master’s program. Retain a 2.0 GPA as a Bachelor level student or a 3.0 GPA as a Master level student. Maintain good financial and academic (SAP) standing with the University. You may be subject to termination if you fall below the minimum requirements.
