Job QualificationsHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED), and one year experience working either in a school or working with children with special needs, or any combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job. Experience supervising children preferred. Demonstrated ability to maintain privileged student, school, teacher, and parent information confidential. Willingness to participate in training sessions as directed.
Valid IVP Level One AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card is required.
Associate's Degree or higher OR 60 credit hours from an accredited institution of higher education OR a passing score on an ADE approved assessment (Parapro, ACT Workkeys, or Master Teacher's Para Educator Learning Network).
Employment Information26/27 school year; 30 hours per week; 194 days per school year
SalaryBand - Support A12 - $18.11/hr for entry level IA Resource & $15.56/hr for Lunch Duty Support Salary Schedule
