OverviewThe primary responsibility of this role is to develop and maintain instructional training materials (both Instructor-Led and eLearning), including course curriculum, facilitator guides, participant guides, job aids, and other content, utilizing established and effective instructional systems design (ISD) methodology. This position will focus approximately 80% on Instructional Design and 20% on Training.
Responsibilities- Develop and present clinical training programs in performance management and leadership development.
- Facilitate training sessions in both classroom and virtual settings.
- Assess needs; analyze necessary outcomes and implements appropriate learning and development design solutions.
- Develop and maintain instructional training materials (Instructor-Led and eLearning) including course curriculum, facilitator guides, participant guides, job aids and other content using established and effective ISD methodology. Provide recommendations on the most effective delivery modality.
- Work in partnership with subject matter experts to gather information needed to develop training content.
- Apply best practices in online instructional design and current theoretical frameworks.
- Keep training content up-to-date in a timely manner to ensure employees have most current information.
- Manage pre-and post-learning activities, communications and materials.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of courses, updates program, and continuously improve the quality of training & development programs.

Competencies- Proficiency in training facilitation and presentation (in person and virtual).
- Demonstrated knowledge of key learning design concepts such as outcomes-based curriculum development, and competency-based programs.
- Proficiency with course development using e-learning authoring tools, such as Articulate Storyline, Canva, 7
Taps and other multimedia programs. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, Adobe and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a highly collaborative team.
- Bachelor's degree in Adult Learning, Instructional System Design, or related fields is preferred but not required.
- At least three years' experience designing and delivering clinical Instructor Led and online training for adult learners and clinicians.
