Position OverviewBright Home Energy is seeking a motivated and dependable Entry-Level Solar Technician to join our Phoenix team. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, learning technical skills, and being part of a growing trade. No prior solar experience is required — we provide full training.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with the installation of residential solar panel systems
Work on rooftops and ground-mounted systems following safety guidelines
Use hand and power tools to assemble and secure solar equipment
Support lead installers with electrical and mechanical tasks
Maintain a clean and safe job site
Follow company procedures and OSHA safety standards
Communicate professionally with team members and homeowners
Entry-level position — no solar experience required
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Comfortable with heights and rooftop work
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude
$20–25/hour based on experience
Paid training and on-the-job learning
