We are seeking a dedicated Safety Technician to support the safe execution of electrical installations in a semiconductor environment. This role is critical to maintaining compliance with safety standards, conducting inspections, and promoting a culture of safety across all phases of the project. The Safety Technician will work closely with project teams to identify hazards, implement controls, and ensure adherence to site-specific safety protocols

* Minimum 2 years of safety experience in construction or industrial environments

* OSHA 30 certification required; CHST or other safety credentials preferred

* Familiarity with semiconductor protocols a plus

* Strong communication and documentation skills

* Ability to work in fast-paced, high-risk environments with attention to detail

* Proficient in Microsoft Office and safety management software

* Must pass background check and drug screening

Key Responsibilities

* Monitor daily work activities to ensure compliance with OSHA, company, and site-specific safety standards

* Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments across electrical install zones

* Support incident investigations and root cause analysis

* Maintain and update safety documentation, including JHAs, permits, and training records

* Deliver safety orientations and toolbox talks to crews and subcontractors

* Collaborate with foremen, project managers, and client safety teams to resolve safety concerns

* Ensure proper use of PPE and safe operation of equipment and tools

* Track and report safety metrics and trends to leadership
