Field Service Supervisor

Role Overview

The Field Service Supervisor will work in a fast‑paced environment providing installations, training, quality control, and technical support for new store construction, store upgrades, rollouts, and break‑fix service in support of multiple clients across Telaid's full client list.

Conduct field quality control inspections, audits, and surveys, train technicians and subcontractors, conduct on‑site field surveys, provide project management oversight, perform installation and service work, and serve as the technical liaison and point of escalation for clients.

This role requires strong judgment, problem‑solving skills, and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and plan ahead. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience across multiple low‑voltage disciplines, knowledge of industry standards, and proficiency in project management processes and tools.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of hands‑on field experience across multiple low‑voltage skill sets
• Proven experience directing large‑scale jobs, managing projects, and coordinating field engineering activities
• Relevant licenses or certifications (e.g., BICSI, low‑voltage, security systems) preferred and must be maintained
