This is not generic transcription work. Your contributions will directly improve AI systems used in aviation safety and autonomy.

Hourly / Task-based Contract - Location:
Remote - Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
- Transcribe real-world Air Traffic Control (ATC) ↔ pilot audio recordings with precision
- Label speakers, callsigns, instructions, and responses accurately
- Capture aviation terminology, abbreviations, and standard phraseology correctly
- Work on task-based assignments at your own pace and schedule
- Maintain high quality and accuracy standards — critical to the mission
This role is a natural fit if you are:
- A pilot, student pilot, Air Traffic Controller, or aviation professional
- An aviation enthusiast who regularly listens to or monitors ATC communications
- Deeply familiar with aviation radio protocols, phraseology, and callsign conventions
- Extremely detail-oriented and patient with audio work
- Able to work independently and meet quality benchmarks consistently
Nice to Have
- Experience with LiveATC, flight simulation, or aviation monitoring
- Background in aviation dispatch, ground operations, or military aviation
- Familiarity with ICAO or FAA communication standards
