As the Associate Director, BIM, you will play a key leadership role in advancing BIM standards, workflows, and digital delivery practices across the organization and client engagements. This role bridges execution and strategy by supporting the development of digital initiatives while leading their implementation across project teams. This role will serve as a client-facing representative of WD's Digital Technology team, partnering with project teams and clients to align digital workflows, tools, and deliverables with project goals and expectations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related field
• Experience in developing and implementing digital strategies, workflows, and completion of multiple fully-integrated projects
• Experience participating in client-facing meetings or supporting project pursuits
• Experience leading BIM standards, training programs, and digital initiatives
• Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM workflows
• Proficiency with Model Coordination, Navisworks, or similar coordination platforms
• Familiarity with automation tools (Dynamo, scripting) and emerging digital workflows
