Base pay range$85,000.00/hr - $92,000.00/hr

This position is in the office 100% of the time. The role will be to assist senior design personnel in developing and completing designs and contract documents for the design of Solar and Wind projects. Typical work includes preparation and checking of design calculations, quantities, cost estimates, and project plans for structural steel and reinforced concrete, with a strong emphasis on steel design, connections, and foundation design.
Duties- Review and interpretation of geotechnical reports and load test results (including GTC-type reports) to support foundation and structural design.
- Review, interpretation, and application of relevant structural design codes and guidelines.
- Development of analytical models for steel structures, foundations, and connections.
