We are seeking an experienced and driven Civil Project Manager to lead land development projects from concept to completion. This role is pivotal in orchestrating the full project lifecycle—balancing client needs, engineering excellence, and team mentorship. You will manage high-profile developments including master-planned communities, subdivisions, and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, negotiate, and manage project scopes, schedules, budgets, and contracts.
• Oversee execution of project timelines, resource planning, and deliverables.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
• Lead and mentor engineering teams; foster a culture of learning and professional development.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and internal quality standards.
• Apply AutoCAD Civil 3D for design, modeling, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in land development, including work on:
• Master-planned communities
• Residential subdivisions
• Commercial and mixed-use developments
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Arizona (or ability to obtain within 3 months).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is required.
• Strong leadership and project management experience.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
