We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting various projects, programs, or tasks under the guidance of the Project Manager. This role involves a range of tasks of varying complexity, and you will report directly to the Project Manager.

• Support the Project Manager with management of construction activities
• Learn and understand clients design and construction specifications
• Review and tracking of construction crew production and as-builts
• Review and compilation of as-built drawings for final project closeout
• Support the maintenance of production reporting and permitting databases
• Attend and report at weekly meetings
• Perform utility coordination records requests
• Assist in development of schedules
• Modification of PDF or AutoCAD plans to meet standards

  GIS/GIS design and data entry teams for projects, and
• Other duties as required

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Must be reliable and able to work in a team environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Adobe
• Administrative or construction experience
• Familiar working in CRM program or other project management technology
• Required to pass a pre-employment drug test and subsequent random drug tests, and
• Great attention and commitment to safety culture and company values.

This is an office based position requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week.
