Project CoordinatorWe are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting various projects, programs, or tasks under the guidance of the Project Manager. This role involves a range of tasks of varying complexity, and you will report directly to the Project Manager.

- Support the Project Manager with management of construction activities
- Learn and understand clients design and construction specifications
- Review and tracking of construction crew production and as-builts
- Review and compilation of as-built drawings for final project closeout
- Support the maintenance of production reporting and permitting databases
- Attend and report at weekly meetings
- Perform utility coordination records requests
- Assist in development of schedules
- Modification of PDF or AutoCAD plans to meet standards
- Support 3
GIS/GIS design and data entry teams for projects, and - Other duties as required
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Must be reliable and able to work in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Adobe
- Administrative or construction experience
- Familiar working in CRM program or other project management technology
- Required to pass a pre-employment drug test and subsequent random drug tests, and
- Great attention and commitment to safety culture and company values.
This is an office based position requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week.
