The Field Engineer will provide hands-on technical support, field operations oversight, and project coordination for telecom and wireless initiatives across Phoenix, AZ. This role is essential for ensuring high-quality service delivery, accurate project execution, and seamless communication between engineering teams and leadership.

As a Field Engineer, you will support day-to-day field operations, lead technical discussions, and manage task assignments to ensure project milestones are met efficiently. This hybrid role requires strong communication skills, the ability to coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders, and an understanding of capital budgeting processes. You will support wireless and telecom activities, monitor project progress, and provide operational updates to the team.

• Lead and manage field engineering activities across assigned sites.
• Conduct technical meetings, track progress, and delegate tasks effectively.

• 5+ years of experience as a Field Engineer (telecom or related sectors).
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.
• Experience leading meetings, assigning tasks, and tracking progress.
• Understanding of capital budget processes and operational cost management.

• 3+ years of experience in wireless technologies.
• Background in telecom field deployments or RAN operations.
• Experience working with cross-functional engineering teams.
