A leading energy company in Phoenix is seeking an Energy Control Center Balancing Authority Operator to ensure safe and reliable operations within the Balancing Authority. The ideal candidate will monitor system conditions, make real-time decisions, and have experience with FERC, NERC, and WECC regulations. Qualifications include a high school diploma with four years of related experience or a related degree with two years of experience, and an active NERC certification.
Rotating 12-hour shifts are required for this role.
