We're seeking a seasoned RF Design Lead to drive the development of advanced RF, Microwave, and Millimeter-Wave solutions for high-impact defense and space missions. This is a hands-on role where you'll contribute to everything from initial proposals to design, prototyping, testing, and production. What

You'll Be Doing:
  • Lead the design of complex RF and mixed-signal systems, operating from VHF up to 40+ GHz
  • Develop components like synthesizers, mixers, filters, A/D converters, PLLs, and more
  • Use modeling and simulation tools to optimize system-level RF performance
  • Support hardware integration, validation, and testing for spaceflight and defense platforms
  • Translate customer needs into architecture designs, technical documentation, and final product deliverables
    • What You Bring:
  • 7+ years of experience in RF/microwave/mmWave circuit and system design
  • Strong knowledge of RF system architecture and hands-on hardware development
  • Proficiency with simulation and design tools such as ADS, AWR, HFSS, MATLAB, and mechanical modeling software
  • Experience managing designs from initial concept through to production
  • Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering required;
    Master’s or PhD is a strong plus
