We are seeking a dynamic Civil Engineering Project Manager to lead in-house and outsourced teams in delivering high-quality client services and successful project execution. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with proven leadership and client management skills, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop project scopes, prepare cost proposals, and negotiate contract terms
  • Manage budgets, schedules, and technical resources for project completion
  • Build and maintain client relationships with a focus on satisfaction and retention
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop technical staff
  • Maintain quality control across all project phases
  • Provide technical direction for land development projects
  • Prepare and oversee design plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D
  • Exercise sound judgment and organizational skills
  • Manage multiple priorities and meet critical deadlines
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in land development or related civil engineering fields
  • Arizona PE license, or ability to obtain within 3 months
  • Demonstrated ability to manage teams and satisfy client needs
  • Proven success in initiating client contact, negotiating contracts, and securing referrals
  • Strong knowledge of Civil 3D
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
