Duties- Service, repairs and calibrations for our existing customers on site, but also in-house at our branch in Phoenix (AZ) or remote
- Maintenance duties, including troubleshooting, error correction, and other repairs and scheduled maintenance work. This also includes software-based setup and follow-up to service operations
- On-site sales support utilizing technical expertise, including stocktaking, network analysis, the selection of suitable technology and specifications for proposals as well as support during Factory & Site Acceptance Tests
- You possess a distinctly customer-oriented service mentality
- Error analysis in the areas of application, mechanics and software interests and excites you
- You are interested in continuing education (internal training in areas such as hardware, software, etc.)
- Preferred, but not a prerequisite: you possess basic knowledge of Network/Wi-Fi technology
- Ideally you have a background in regulated industries like Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, Bio Tech etc.
- You enjoy traveling and are open to other people and cultures
- You have several years of experience in service
- You are well-versed in Microsoft Office programs
- You have vocational training and/or at least three years professional experience as an electronics technician, mechatronics technician, or industrial maintenance technician (comparable education in the US)
