MEP Sr. Estimator

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Estimator located in the Greater Phoenix Area. The MEP Estimator will be responsible for preparing cost estimates, analyzing project requirements, and providing accurate assessments of materials, labor, and time for MEP systems. The role involves collaborating with project teams, assessing blueprints and specifications, and managing documentation related to cost estimation.

• In-depth knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and their design principles
• Experience in preparing cost estimates, material takeoffs, and project budgets for construction projects
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, construction documents, and specifications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills coupled with attention to detail
• Proficiency in relevant industry software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Bluebeam, or estimating software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for team collaboration and client interactions
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Previous experience in the construction industry is highly preferred
