Civil Structural Engineer

We are seeking a talented and motivated Structural Engineer with 4–10 years of experience who is passionate about engineering and eager to grow their career while working on a diverse range of building and project types.

• Work on multidisciplinary projects ranging from small to large scale.
• Analyze and design structures using concrete, steel, wood, and masonry across various market sectors.
• Coordinate and mentor junior engineers while overseeing portions of project delivery.
• Manage projects from start to finish, gaining exposure to the full project lifecycle.
• Collaborate directly with senior leadership on day-to-day design and construction activities.
• Communicate with clients, city/public officials, and other key stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering.
• Active Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required.
• 4–10 years of relevant structural engineering experience.
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering.
• SE license.
• Experience designing commercial and industrial buildings.
• Proficiency with RISA, RAM, ENERCALC, or similar structural analysis software.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and/or Revit.
