A leading semiconductor manufacturer in Phoenix, Arizona is seeking an E-beam Operation (EBO) Manufacturing Engineer. In this role, you will manage recruiting and supervise technicians in the mask making fab. You'll be responsible for reporting manufacturing output, improving performance, and collaborating with EBO engineers across time zones. The ideal candidate has a B.S. degree in engineering, supervisory experience, and strong communication skills.

Fluency in English is essential, and bilingualism in English/Spanish is a plus.
