** Senior Project Manager (Civil)*
* We currently seek a Sr. Civil Engineering Project Manager. This role combines technical expertise, client management, and business leadership. You'll oversee complex land development projects, mentor engineering teams, and play a key role in business development and practice growth. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity.

* + Lead the planning, design, and execution of land development projects including grading, drainage, roadway, and utility design.

+ Manage project budgets, schedules, and contracts to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.

+ Serve as the primary client contact, providing strategic guidance and building lasting relationships.

+ Mentor and develop a team of engineers, fostering collaboration and technical excellence.

+ Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.

+ Utilize Civil 3D, GIS, and related tools to oversee design and documentation.

+ Contribute to business development efforts by preparing proposals, leading client presentations, and winning new projects.

+ Drive practice growth through strategic planning, financial management, and integration of industry best practices.

* Qualifications:

*
* + Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from an ABET-accredited program. Advanced degree (Master's or MBA) is highly desirable.

+ Professional Engineering (PE) license required.

+ Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in civil engineering, with a focus on land development projects.

+ Proven track record of successfully leading and managing engineering teams.

+ Exceptional technical expertise in civil engineering principles, design practices, construction methods, and local regulations.

+ Strong client relationship management skills with a demonstrated ability to understand and fulfill client needs.

+ Experience in business development, including proposal preparation, client presentations, and successful project acquisition.

+ Business Acumen:
Strong understanding of business development, financial management, and strategic planning.
