Overview
Senior Systems Engineer will play a critical role in the design, implementation, and management of complex systems and solutions that drive innovation, safety, and efficiency across various industries.
Location:
Deer Valley, AZ.
Work schedule:
Hybrid. This role focuses on the development of a Next Generation Avionics system that enhances operational efficiency and safety, contributing to aerospace projects and customer satisfaction.

- Support the design, development, systems integration and verification of advanced avionics systems, including hardware, software, and network components.
- Provide successful execution of complex engineering projects, ensuring they meet quality standards.
- Implement and enforce security measures and compliance standards to safeguard systems and data.
- Development, systems integration and verification of core Aircraft State and/or Aircraft Systems monitoring and synoptics application to be hosted on the Next Generation Avionics Platform.
YOU MUST HAVE
- 6 plus years of experience in systems engineering and project leadership, including system design, architecture, integration, implementation, and troubleshooting.
- Experience using engineering tools and technologies relevant to systems development.
- Experience with model-based system design
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, asylum or refugee status in the U.S, or have the ability to obtain an export authorization.
WE VALUE- Bachelor s degree in engineering or a related field.
- Experience in leading complex system integration projects.
- Experience with Simulink
- Ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technologies with proven ability to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Passion for innovation and continuous learning.
- Experience with working with sensors used for aircraft position, navigation (air data, AHRS, GPS)
- Experience integrating or interfacing with aircraft systems (flaps, gear, cabin pressure, FADEC)
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle (DO-178C preferred)
