Water & Wastewater Infrastructure (Pipelines / Linear Utilities)

Key Responsibilities

* Lead construction management and oversight of:

* Water transmission mains

* Distribution systems

* Wastewater collection systems

* Force mains

* Lift stations (as applicable)? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?

* Manage field staff including inspectors, assistant REs, and office engineers

* Oversee contractor performance, production, schedule, and quality

* Review and process RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applications

* Enforce contract documents, plans, and specifications

* Monitor project budget, cost control, and schedule compliance

* Conduct progress meetings and coordinate with agencies and stakeholders

* Manage utility conflicts, tie-ins, traffic control, and right-of-way issues

* Support risk management and dispute resolution

* Maintain strong client relationships

* Lead project reporting and documentation

Required Experience

* 8?10+ years of experience in heavy civil or W/WW infrastructure

* Demonstrated experience managing:

* 24? and less diameter pipeline projects but possible larger

* Deep trenching and shoring

* Utility relocations

* Live system tie-ins

* Strong understanding of:

* Linear scheduling

* Production rates

* Traffic control coordination

* Public agency requirements

* Experience in municipal or public works infrastructure projects

* Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects

Preferred Qualifications

* PE license (a plus)

* CCM (a plus)

* Experience with:

* Jack & bore / microtunneling

* Horizontal directional drilling (HDD)

* Force mains

* Lift stations

* Experience working with municipalities or water districts

* Strong change order negotiation experience
