Resident Engineers

We are accepting resumes from experienced Resident Engineers to oversee the execution and completion of transportation infrastructure projects in the Seattle and Phoenix areas. In this role, you will manage construction activities to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and regulations. Responsibilities include coordinating stakeholders, monitoring progress/budgets, conducting quality inspections, resolving issues, approving submittals, enforcing safety, collaborating with designers, and maintaining project records.

The ideal candidate has expertise in transportation construction management and is able to contribute to impactful projects that will benefit the local community.

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field

Professional Engineer (PE) license in Washington and/or Arizona

8+ years experience in transportation construction management

Extensive knowledge of transportation construction standards and regulations

Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills
