Role Snapshot

This role supports complex projects and contributes to engineering project delivery and growth-related initiatives. It is well suited for engineers who have developed a strong technical foundation and are ready to broaden their scope, take on increased responsibility, and gain exposure to the full lifecycle of structural systems.

Our engineering roles offer flexibility in focus and may emphasize engineering project execution, coordination across many disciplines, client and partner interactions, and support of business development efforts depending on experience and interest. This is a growth opportunity for engineers looking to expand their impact while continuing to build technical depth and professional credibility.

  • Mid-level engineering opportunity for structural or construction engineers with 3–7 years of experience
  • Technically-grounded role rooted in structural and construction engineering, emphasizing practical application of technical skills that impact real-world project delivery and system implementation
  • Exposure to broader responsibilities, including project coordination, client interaction, and growth initiatives
  • This role aligns with responsibilities typically associated with Structural Engineer or Project Engineer roles in the structural engineering and construction industries

What You Will Do
  • Help to shape the future of industrialized construction by supporting leading‑edge structural building innovation—your work will influence how buildings are engineered, manufactured, and delivered
  • Participate in the development and implementation of strategies that advance leading‑edge structural system development and delivery, driving toward successful project outcomes.
  • Act as a coach and mentor other team members by sharing technical expertise
  • Participate in client and partner collaboration and business development efforts
  • Contribute to systems that significantly reduce embodied carbon, construction waste, and risk
What You Bring
  • 3-7 years of structural and construction engineering experience
  • Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related engineering discipline required
  • EIT or PE preferred
