OverviewWe are seeking an Electrical & Electronics Engineer to join our Electrical Engineering & Computer Science Practice in Phoenix, AZ. The candidate will assess a wide range of electrical and electronics challenges and develop engineering solutions across many disciplines including consumer electronics, automotive systems, and more.
Responsibilities- Perform engineering analyses including circuit analysis, design reviews, safety compliance investigations, code reviews, and failure analyses.
- Conduct reliability and failure analysis of electrical/electronic systems and components, including power equipment and computer networks, for consumer products, automotive, and energy sectors.
- Present technical results and solutions to diverse audiences via verbal, written, and interactive communication.
- Prepare technical proposals, pursue business development opportunities, and expand the range of services offered to clients.
- Obtain and maintain a professional license in Electrical Engineering.
- Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Technical background in electrical engineering, electronics, controls, embedded systems, or automation.
- Experience designing, constructing, and testing in a laboratory, including hands‑on experience with electrical instruments and measurement devices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work independently or in multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to gather information and convey technical conclusions to individuals in engineering, business, and related industries.
- Ability to support multiple group projects and market the Electrical Engineering & Computer Science Practice and its consulting services.
