This role supports a multidisciplinary engineering team responsible for designing mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and technology systems for complex commercial and institutional facilities. The firm delivers high‑performance, energy‑efficient solutions across industries, including semiconductor, healthcare, aviation, mission‑critical, and commercial projects.

This position is ideal for a detail‑oriented BIM professional with strong mechanical (HVAC) Revit modeling experience who thrives in a collaborative design environment.

Bilingual BIM Operator (Electrical)

Phoenix, AZ

Full-Time | Direct Hire

Mon-Thurs 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Friday 7:30 AM – 11:30 AM

60K–70K DOE

• Develop and maintain Revit BIM models for mechanical (HVAC) systems, including ductwork, piping, and equipment layouts.
• Produce accurate construction drawings and documentation using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Coordinate mechanical models with electrical, plumbing, structural, and architectural disciplines.
• Incorporate engineer markups and design updates into BIM models with high accuracy.
• Identify and resolve clashes and coordination issues within BIM environments.
• Ensure all models comply with company BIM standards and project requirements.
• Support the creation of construction document sets and project deliverables.
• Maintain organized project files and version control throughout the design lifecycle.
• Assist with BIM coordination meetings and model reviews.

• Mandarin bilingual ability is required.
• 2‑5+ years of experience in BIM modeling or coordination (mechanical preferred).
• Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Experience modeling mechanical systems (ductwork, piping, equipment layouts).
• Understanding of HVAC systems within building design environments.
• Experience working in multi‑disciplinary BIM coordination environments (MEP projects).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
