Civil Engineer

You’ll take the lead on critical tasks like permitting, construction oversight, stormwater management, and site planning, all while contributing to projects that positively impact the communities we serve.

• Guide civil engineering projects from initial concept to final construction, managing risks, bidding processes, and project closeouts.
• Create site layouts, grading plans, utility systems, stormwater solutions, and erosion control strategies using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Develop detailed design documents, engineering calculations, technical reports, and permit applications.
• Partner with project managers, clients, and cross‑functional teams to meet deadlines and exceed expectations.
• Navigate permitting processes at local, state, and federal levels.
• Oversee construction administration tasks, including site inspections, RFI responses, and as-built drawings.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of civil engineering experience, with local project experience preferred.
• Expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D, stormwater design, grading, and utility systems.
• Active Engineer‑in‑Training (EIT) or Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Strong communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel for project needs.
