Job Description
Join a team of development program professionals to support dev programs within one of Honeywell's businesses. You will help implement program plans, budgets, schedules and execute a programmatic MOS, support forecasting & capacity analysis related to delivery requirements. You will play an important role in the IPDS process and strategies to achieve committed business performance. You will support business leaders and present programmatic details, requirements, actions, and status as assigned.
You will also be working under moderate supervision of the program manager to execute on scope, schedule, cost, delivery, earned value & quality while demonstrating PM skills including risk management.
- Manufacturing Experience Preferred
- Project management methodologies experience a plus
- SAP Tactical Experience
- Strong analytical skills including advanced experience with standard MS Office suite
- Implement program plans
- Understand budget/schedule
- Execute the Management OS
- Successful experience with indirect leadership of diverse teams in the deployment of complex processes
- Coordinate & provide guidance
- Support forecasting
- Support capacity analysis
- Assure timely management
- Present programmatic details
- Minimum of 3 years MS Office, SAP, SVG, or other data management system
- 3+ years’ relevant program or project management experience
- 2+ years experience in a manufacturing environment and supply chain
- BS/BA degree in engineering or business
- PMP PMI Certification
- Requirements Management & Fulfillment, Planning/Estimation
- Scheduling including resource-loading critical path analysis
- Creating or co-creating project/program budgets
- Ability to understand the master schedule and bill of materials
- Ability to understand budgeted resources and criticality of customer needs
- Risk Management (Identification & Mitigation)
- Cross Functional Communication
