What You Will Do
  • Supplier Performance Monitoring:
    Track supplier delivery schedules and ensure alignment with production needs. Monitor and mitigate risks that may impact on-time delivery.
  • Issue Resolution:
    Identify and address potential delays or disruptions in the supply chain. Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to implement corrective actions.
  • Logistics Coordination:
    Ensure that materials and components are transported efficiently from suppliers to manufacturing facilities. Coordinate with logistics providers to maintain delivery timelines.
  • Data Management:
    Maintain accurate records of delivery schedules, supplier performance data, and related metrics.
  • Generate reports to communicate delivery status and identify trends or areas for improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    Work closely with procurement, supply chain, engineering, and production teams to align on delivery requirements. Act as a liaison between suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    Participate in initiatives to improve delivery assurance processes, such as lead-time reductions or enhanced supplier communication. Support efforts to optimize inventory levels and reduce waste.
  • Support Compliance:
    Ensure that all delivery processes comply with industry standards, company policies, and contractual obligations.
What You Will Bring
  • HS Diploma with 5-8 years experience a must. Associate degree preferred. BS or BA degree a plus.
  • 2-5 years experience with supply chain and operations focusing on timely deliveries of product.
  • Preferred experience in supporting electronics and aerospace programs.
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
  • Experienced with MS Office suite to include intermediate level experience with Excel [pivot tables / VLOOKUP etc].
  • Observes all safety rules per OSHA guidelines.

$78K to $83K per year

Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.

Work Requirements

This role is considered an on-site position located in Phoenix, AZ

  • You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.
  • Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
