Responsibilities- Own all engineering execution—both in‑house and outsourced—from proposal through energization, ensuring every project meets contractual, technical, and performance commitments.
- Command the engineering budget, driving cost‑efficient decisions that strengthen overall project financials.
- Enforce schedule discipline, delivering complete, high‑quality engineering packages on time and within targeted cost.
- Set the project’s technical vision, defining design criteria and maintaining a precise, risk‑aware deliverables plan.
- Inject innovative, cost‑smart engineering solutions that enhance performance and reduce complexity.
- Elevate vendor selection and subcontract strategy through rigorous technical evaluation and strong negotiation influence.
- Guarantee safety‑compliant, standards‑aligned designs, eliminating risk, rework, and downstream issues.
- Audit all design packages for accuracy, constructability, and cost impact before release to the field.
- Validate vendor compliance, including witnessing factory acceptance tests to protect equipment quality and project reliability.
- Partner closely with the Project Manager to strengthen scope control, procurement execution, schedule accuracy, and change management.
- Champion quality and document control, ensuring clean, traceable, and audit‑ready engineering records.
- Lead all customer technical engagements, securing approvals and resolving design issues with speed and authority.
- Unblock construction by responding to site technical questions and closing NCRs quickly, decisively, and safely.
- 8+ years of engineering or project management experience, ideally within an EPC environment.
- BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
- Strong technical judgment and ability to provide clear ownership of engineering budgets and decisions.
- Consistent upholding of contract requirements, quality, and safety.
- Collaborative mindset and the ability to help teams deliver reliable results that support a sustainable energy future.
- Competitive Salary:
