BIM​/CAD Manager - Phoenix, AZ

• Coordinates the support of the VDC department to Lane's Projects.
• Creates, modifies, edits and implements department SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) for 3D Modeling and Digital Delivery, including oversight of QA/QC activities.
• Develops BIM Execution Plans for Lane's Projects.
• Supervises and coordinates the work of department modelers.
• Liaises with designers, estimators, engineers and project staff on department BIM workflows and deliverables throughout the project life cycle.
• Trains engineers, estimators, surveyors and other technical staff in corporate-wide training opportunities.
• Creates, manages and maintains VDC data for project level operations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
