Entegris is seeking a Principal Key Account Manager to support our Advanced Deposition Materials accounts across the Southwestern United States. The new hire will own Entegris’ technical‑commercial engagement with key semiconductor equipment OEMs for advanced deposition applications, ensuring execution, credibility, and predictable outcomes across evaluations, qualifications, POR defense, and next‑generation opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the single point of accountability for advanced deposition engagement with key OEMs while actively sharing ownership with R&D, BU, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain partners.
  • Lead complex OEM evaluations and qualifications as a program manager, ensuring clarity of scope, roles, timelines, and decision points.
  • Leverage subject‑matter expertise while maintaining clear external ownership and strong internal alignment.
  • Deliver a seamless, coordinated experience for customers through aligned and consistent Entegris engagement.
  • Maintain strong technical fluency in ALD and advanced deposition fundamentals to support effective customer and internal engagement.
  • Engage confidently and credibly with customer engineering teams.
  • Ask thoughtful, productive questions that clarify customer needs, technical constraints, and decision drivers.
  • Maintain familiarity with precursor materials and qualification considerations to support credible decision‑making.
  • Translate customer discussions into clear, well‑aligned internal actions and priorities.
  • Demonstrate strong internal and external communication skills, ensuring clear, targeted information sharing and consistent customer messaging.
  • Partner closely with customers by operating at their pace and responding with urgency and agility.
  • Lead and influence internal teams to align to the same level of responsiveness and execution excellence.
  • Own execution details across open order reviews, RMA coordination, quote follow‑up and status clarity, and escalation management.
  • Proactively identify technical, commercial, supply, and timing risks and lead effective mitigation efforts.
  • Identify opportunities for systems‑level improvements that enhance speed, transparency, and execution quality.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to design and implement sustainable process improvements.
  • Travel 30‑40% of the time as required.
Qualifications
  • B.S. in Materials Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline;
    Ph.D. candidates encouraged.
  • 10+ years of experience in the semiconductor technology industry.
  • Experience supporting semiconductor equipment OEMs strongly preferred.
  • Background in account management, technical program management, or customer‑facing engineering roles.
  • Exposure to advanced deposition, ALD, precursor materials, or materials qualification programs strongly preferred.
  • Experience working in execution‑critical, escalation‑prone customer environments.
  • Proven effectiveness in matrixed organizations without direct authority.
  • Team‑first mindset; understands success depends on shared ownership.
  • Comfortable sharing ownership—knows when to lead and when to defer.
  • High attention to detail—facts, commitments, data, and timing matter.
  • Fast‑response orientation—thrives in environments where customer expectations are measured in hours.
  • Strong communicator—ensures information flows clearly, efficiently, and appropriately.
  • Process‑mindedness—interest in improving systems and scalability.
Benefits
  • Compensation: $140,000–$180,000 per year (actual pay depends on overall skills); annual bonus eligible.
  • Progressive PTO policy that empowers you to take the time you need.
  • Generous 401(k) plan with a strong employer match and no delayed vesting.
