A growing electrical construction team is seeking a BIM Specialist I to support commercial electrical projects through BIM modeling, coordination, prefabrication support, and field installation documentation. This role works closely with estimating, operations, project management, and field teams to create and maintain accurate BIM models and assist throughout the project lifecycle. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their BIM career who has hands‑on Revit experience and wants to grow within a collaborative electrical construction environment.
The team is seeking someone with long‑term potential for a contract‑to‑hire opportunity.
Location: Phoenix, AZ – Fully onsite at office and local job sites
Pay Rate: $40-$43 DOE

Role & Responsibilities- Create and maintain BIM models using Revit and AutoCAD MEP
- Support estimating and operations teams with electrical systems modeling
- Participate in project coordination and clash detection using Navisworks Manage
- Generate dimensioned shop drawings for prefabrication and field installation
- Extract material quantities and detailed information from Revit schedules
- Assist with preconstruction efforts and as‑built documentation
- Coordinate with office staff, project teams, and field personnel
- Support commercial electrical construction projects throughout the project lifecycle
- 1–3 years of Revit experience, preferably within electrical construction environments
- Experience working with Revit jobs, files, families, and worksets
- Ability to use Revit tools associated with electrical design, including conduit and cable tray
- Experience extracting quantities and schedules from Revit models
- Experience with Navisworks Manage and clash detection coordination
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, self‑motivated, and team‑oriented
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to work fully onsite and travel locally to project sites as needed
- Commercial electrical construction background
- Experience with AutoCAD MEP
- Experience supporting prefabrication and field installation workflows
- Familiarity with BIM coordination processes on commercial projects
