SummaryAssociate Electrical Engineer – responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining electrical systems in a clean‑room environment, ensuring compliance with semiconductor production regulations and standards. Experience in electrical construction is highly desired.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Perform requirements classification of clients, communicating project requirements and design review with internal and external design teams for electrical systems.
- Perform scope of work and clarify specifications with stakeholders.
- Assist procurement team on electrical systems equipment and materials, and in contractors’ awards.
- Understand isometrics, P& CAD drawings specifically for electrical systems.
- Review, approve and oversee the installation of electrical systems.
- Inspect work in progress to ensure workmanship conforms with specifications and adheres to construction schedules.
- Review progress reports, materials used and costs, contract payment application, and adjust work schedules as indicated by the reports.
- Review and reply to RFIs (Request for Information) and change orders.
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports for internal use and client communication.
- Identify and solve problems.
- Schedule and execute project milestones.
- Understand drawings, review specifications and estimation.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.

Education / Experience- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, construction management, or a related field.
- 0–5 years of experience in electrical system planning.
- Strong understanding of high and low voltage power, lighting, fire protection power, broadcasting, weak current, refuse direction indicator, grounding, and lightning protection systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Ability to use engineering software such as AutoCAD, Primavera, or others.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
- High level of attention to detail and strong organization.
- Integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Prioritization of responsibilities based on project needs and ability to present information and respond to questions from managers and employees.
- Development and maintenance of successful relationships with employees, clients, and subcontractors.
- Work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a professional attitude.
- Work in a construction site environment (trailer office).
- Effective English verbal and written communication.
- Mandarin/Taiwanese communication is a plus.
- Read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Write routine reports and correspondence.
- Verbal communication skills in Mandarin.
- Professional Engineer license.
- Valid Arizona driver’s license; may be required to travel to other Arizona sites and occasional international travel.
- Frequently stand and walk for extended periods.
- Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull materials up to 50 pounds; occasionally heavier with assistance.
- Bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach.
- Use hands and fingers to handle tools, equipment, or materials.
- Repetitive hand, wrist, and arm motions.
- Climb ladders, stairs, or elevated surfaces as required.
- Maintain visual acuity sufficient to read labels, instructions, and safety signage.
- Maintain balance and coordination while moving materials or operating equipment.
