Mechanical Construction Project Manager – Semiconductor Projects
Location: Phoenix, AZ

What You'll DoAs a Project Manager, you'll oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of highly technical mechanical systems supporting semiconductor fabrication facilities (fabs), clean rooms, and advanced manufacturing environments.
Key Responsibilities- Lead mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through commissioning and turnover
- Manage project budgets, schedules, procurement, subcontractors, and field execution
- Coordinate closely with owners, design teams, vendors, trade partners, and field leadership
- Drive project safety, quality, productivity, and financial performance
- Review and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, contracts, and project documentation
- Support preconstruction efforts including estimating, value engineering, and constructability reviews
- Develop recovery plans and mitigation strategies to keep projects on schedule and within budget
- Mentor Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers
Semiconductor Experience Preferred
Base-Build Mechanical Systems- Central utility plants
- Chilled water systems
- Process cooling water (PCW)
- Condenser water systems
- HVAC and air handling systems
- Exhaust and scrubber systems
- Boiler systems
- Compressed dry air (CDA)
- Specialty gas infrastructure
- Semiconductor process tools
- Lithography tools
- Etch tools
- Deposition tools
- CMP tools
- Metrology and inspection equipment
- ISO Class 3, 4, 5, and 6 clean rooms
- Semiconductor fabrication facilities (fabs)
- Advanced packaging facilities
- Research and development clean rooms
- High-purity manufacturing environments
- High-purity piping systems
- Process piping
- Mechanical equipment setting
- Utility distribution systems
- Tool utility connections
- Prefabrication and modular construction
- Startup, commissioning, and owner turnover
- 5+ years of Project Management experience within mechanical construction
- Semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, mission-critical, pharmaceutical, or cleanroom experience strongly preferred
- Proven success managing projects ranging from $10M–$250M+
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, scheduling, cost control, and project execution
- Experience with contract management, procurement, and subcontractor coordination
- Ability to lead teams in fast-paced, highly technical construction environments
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred
- Work on some of the largest semiconductor projects in the United States
