Mechanical Construction Project Manager – Semiconductor Projects

As a Project Manager, you'll oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of highly technical mechanical systems supporting semiconductor fabrication facilities (fabs), clean rooms, and advanced manufacturing environments.

• Lead mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through commissioning and turnover
• Manage project budgets, schedules, procurement, subcontractors, and field execution
• Coordinate closely with owners, design teams, vendors, trade partners, and field leadership
• Drive project safety, quality, productivity, and financial performance
• Review and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, contracts, and project documentation
• Support preconstruction efforts including estimating, value engineering, and constructability reviews
• Develop recovery plans and mitigation strategies to keep projects on schedule and within budget
• Mentor Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers

• Semiconductor fabrication facilities (fabs)

• High-purity manufacturing environments
• High-purity piping systems
• Process piping
• Mechanical equipment setting
• Utility distribution systems
• Tool utility connections
• Prefabrication and modular construction
• Startup, commissioning, and owner turnover

• 5+ years of Project Management experience within mechanical construction
• Semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, mission-critical, pharmaceutical, or cleanroom experience strongly preferred
• Proven success managing projects ranging from $10M–$250M+
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, scheduling, cost control, and project execution
• Experience with contract management, procurement, and subcontractor coordination
• Ability to lead teams in fast-paced, highly technical construction environments
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred
