The Senior Project Engineer works within the Project Management Team, which is responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure a timely and cost-effective outcome. Duties include budgeting, organization, implementation, scheduling, and ensuring construction is safe, ethical, and compliant with all laws. The size and complexity of projects may vary, affecting the number and scope of responsibilities.

SeniorProject Engineer
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience creating documentation such as RFIs, and client correspondence related to contract notification provisions.
- 3+ years of reading and understanding construction plans, drawings, and the technical specifications associated with drawings. Able to outline specifications required for submission to clients and ensure submittals and shop drawings are approved.
- 2+ years preparing subcontract scopes and contracts.
- 2+ years experience with project closeout.
- 1+ year working with cost control systems.
- Bachelor’s Degree – Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or similar, or 8 years equivalent experience plus minimum 3 years prior relevant experience.
