OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to support field execution activities on a mission critical construction project. This role is focused on on-site delivery of electrical systems, leading installation, coordination, and commissioning of critical infrastructure. This is an execution-driven position, best suited for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, environment and prefer hands-on delivery of complex systems over design-focused work.
Responsibilities- Lead electrical scope execution from preconstruction through commissioning
- Develop and manage M/E estimates, system analysis, and value engineering strategies
- Oversee power distribution, critical systems, and infrastructure coordination
- Drive project scheduling, sequencing, and constructability reviews
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, and equipment procurement
- Lead commissioning efforts, including system testing and validation
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure performance and compliance
- Partner with clients and support project pursuits and business development
- Mentor junior engineers and support team development
- Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Architectural Engineering OR background in Navy/Military
- 5+ years of experience in
construction with a strong electrical focus - Mission critical background
- Specialist EPC experience
- Medium Voltage experience
- Strong field presence with a focus on execution, installation, and commissioning support
