Rate: $75-95/hr

Duration: 12-18 months + contract-to-hire

We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to support field execution activities on a mission critical construction project. This role is focused on on-site delivery of electrical systems, leading installation, coordination, and commissioning of critical infrastructure. This is an execution-driven position, best suited for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, environment and prefer hands-on delivery of complex systems over design-focused work.

• Lead electrical scope execution from preconstruction through commissioning
• Develop and manage M/E estimates, system analysis, and value engineering strategies
• Oversee power distribution, critical systems, and infrastructure coordination
• Drive project scheduling, sequencing, and constructability reviews
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and equipment procurement
• Lead commissioning efforts, including system testing and validation
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure performance and compliance
• Partner with clients and support project pursuits and business development
• Mentor junior engineers and support team development

• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Architectural Engineering OR background in Navy/Military
• 5+ years of experience in
  construction with a strong electrical focus
• Mission critical background
• Specialist EPC experience
• Medium Voltage experience
• Strong field presence with a focus on execution, installation, and commissioning support
