Land Surveyor, PLS

Webuild () is seeking an experienced Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) to lead and manage complex land surveying projects across the oil and gas, power, and civil/utility sectors throughout Arizona. This role provides full project ownership and the opportunity to shape surveying operations for major regional developments.

• Manage both in-office and field survey operations
• Oversee project plans, budgets, schedules, and deliverables
• Provide guidance and supervision to field crews
• Prepare boundary surveys, record plats, easements, construction stakeouts, as-builts, ALTA/NSPS surveys, and topographical surveys
• Collaborate closely with engineering and project management teams
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients

• The ideal candidate will have a minimum of eight years of experience in land surveying
• A Bachelor’s degree in Geomatics, Surveying, or a related discipline
• Active PLS registration in Arizona
• Proficiency with Civil 3D, Trimble, and Total Station equipment is required
• Exceptional leadership, project management, and communication skills are essential
