If you enjoy varied work, tangible impact, and structured career growth, this could be a great fit.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Lead coordination of submittals, RFIs, and daily field documentation to support accurate, audit‑ready project records.
- Work closely with superintendents to monitor schedules, track resources, and maintain project milestones.
- Support quick‑turn job order contract (JOC) pursuits by preparing estimates, scope clarifications, and proposal materials.
- Review vendor billings and crew timecards, identifying cost variances and aiding in monthly pay application preparation.
- Conduct safety walk‑downs and contribute to start‑up, commissioning, and turnover packages at project close‑out.
- Water and wastewater treatment improvements, pump stations, and distribution pipelines.
- Fast‑track JOC assignments with values typically ranging from $150 K to $1.2 M, often delivered in 4–6 weeks.
- Primarily local job sites with occasional day travel across the Valley and into northern Arizona.
- At least 1 year of construction‑related experience (internships or co‑ops count), ideally with exposure to field coordination or project controls.
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil/Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with construction software (like Procore or Foundation); familiarity with Primavera or CAD is a plus.
- Excellent communicator with strong organizational skills and a desire to grow professionally.
- Competitive base salary plus a performance‑based bonus (typically 5–15%).
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, HSA options.
- Paid time off, holiday pay, professional development budget, tuition assistance, and mentorship programming.
- Growth Opportunity: Be part of building a water division backed by seasoned leadership with deep heavy‑civil experience.
- Full‑Cycle Exposure: Gain hands‑on experience in estimating, scheduling, field coordination, and client engagement.
- Career Path: Defined pathway toward Assistant Project Manager and Project Manager roles as the group scales across the region.
