• Collaborate with internal teams to turn client vision into clean, compliant design.
• Proactively communicate project status, ask thoughtful questions, and flag risks early.
• Support project flow and timelines with strong coordination skills.
• Execute electrical or mechanical designs using industry codes and company standards.
• Ensure every detail aligns with project scope and compliance requirements.

• Translate designs into clear 2D/3D drawings using established drafting protocols.
• Deliver designs that reflect accuracy, clarity, and intention.
• Perform detailed self-checks to ensure your work meets quality expectations.
• Share knowledge and elevate others through training and feedback.
• Contribute to improving design processes and best practices.

• A proactive communicator with a passion for high-quality design.
• Someone who thrives in collaboration and takes ownership of their work.
• A detail-oriented thinker who balances structure with creativity.
• Experience with Revit/CAD required
  ; background in mechanical or electrical design strongly preferred.
