We are seeking an Electronics Manufacturing Support Engineer with experience in Circuit Card Assemblies (CCAs) and electro‑mechanical assembly, testing, and troubleshooting at the component level. This role supports manufacturing and test operations for aerospace electronic equipment, ensuring smooth production, resolving hardware issues, and improving assembly processes.

• Support and mentor operations and test personnel.
• Troubleshoot hardware and process issues down to CCA and component levels.
• Resolve production line and testing issues, including supplier‑related concerns.
• Perform failure analysis, root cause determination, and corrective action implementation.
• Conduct analog and digital circuit analysis, characterizing and modeling electrical signals.
• Identify and implement circuit card and subassembly design updates.
• Develop work instructions, test plans, and data collection processes for electro‑mechanical assemblies.
• Manage SAP work centers and routings for active products.

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM).
• 2+ years of relevant experience OR 8 years of experience in the absence of a degree.
• Experience supporting CCA or electronics assembly environments.
• Knowledge of PCB components, function, and fabrication.
• Proficiency with SAP, Teamcenter, CAD design/review, and work instruction development.
• Experience with test equipment, automation, and test data collection.

• Experience with test equipment introduction, qualification, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) for production yield improvements.
• Experience implementing Engineering Change Notices (ECN).
• Background in debugging complex CCAs or electro‑mechanical systems.
