Ensure that core infrastructure of factories can cooperate with the production execution system (Siview) and the material control system (MCS) operation to improve production efficiency and effectively meet organizational objectives. Create or maintain an effective scheduling system that can provide decision-making logic to enable the fab to achieve production capacity targets, improve the operation control capability of the fabrication, and significantly reduce variability.
Establish effective planning capabilities to maximize the fabrication capabilities to meet customers’ requirements. Supervising manufacturing technicians, including establishing workflows for their day-to-day tasks for the production line and ensuring that the tasks are completed effectively. Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure that the robotic workstations, detection instruments, and database/informatics tools meet goals. Connect the machine and equipment integration applications to collect data and statuses and begin the setup system for management and adjustment.
40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m.
- 5:30 p.m.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing, Production Engineering, Industrial Management, Computer Science, Mechanical and Automation Engineering or related fields, plus 2 year of experience in an engineering role.
- Alternatively, company will accept a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Production Engineering, Industrial Management, Computer Science, Mechanical and Automation Engineering or related fields.
- Must have education or experience in semiconductor processes.
- Must have education or experience in at least 4 of the following:
Lean Manufacturing Design for Manufacture Assembly (DMFA);
Computer Aided Design (CAD);
Statistical Process Control (SPC);
Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis (PFMEA); make vs. buys analysis;
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, Design of Experiments (DOE);
Material Planning and System (MPS) Management;
Additive Manufacturing; and/or Technology Management
- Must have education or experience in at least 4 of the following: creating graphical build documentation;
Concept & design of fixtures; root cause and corrective action investigation; nonconforming material disposition;
Solid Works & Solid Model;
Multivariate Analysis;
Non-Linear Programming, and/or Machine Learning.
- Must have education or experience in at least one of the following programing languages:
Python, SQL, Matlab, and/or VBA.
- Experience may be gained while in graduate school.
