Our client, an aerospace organization **,
** is seeking a  
** Project Engineer
** to join their team. As a Project Engineer, you will be part of the engineering organization supporting cross-functional teams, including US Government customers and Honeywell Aerospace technical specialists. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Pay Rate:**  $41.54/hr

** What's the Job?*
* + Lead and manage complex engineering projects from initiation to completion

+ Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation

+ Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success

+ Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards

+ Identify and mitigate risks and provide project status reports to stakeholders

** What's Needed?*
* + Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (science, technology, engineering, or mathematics)

+ 2+ years of experience in project engineering or related roles

+ Strong leadership and project management skills

+ Experience in risk management and problem-solving

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
