POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Project Manager
- Heavy Civil your roles and responsibilities will include:
- Full lifecycle management of heavy civil / heavy highway projects ($10M+)
- Financial oversight, forecasting, and cost control
- CPM schedule development and updates (Primavera P6)
- Change order strategy and negotiations
- Leadership of Superintendents & Project Engineers
- Client and stakeholder relationships
- Risk management and project execution strategy
- 5-7+ years of heavy civil construction experience
- Proven success managing $10M+ infrastructure projects
- Strong forecasting and cost control expertise
- Experience with Primavera P6, Bluebeam, and Excel
- Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree
- Leadership mindset and field credibility
- Bachelor s degree in civil engineering or construction management
- Leading Projects up to 30 million
- Experience with box culverts, roadway, paving and underground utilities
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Compensation: Based on Experience. One of the best in the industry
Minimum Education: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
Minimum Experience: 5-7+ years of heavy civil construction experience
