Job Description & How to Apply Below
* Perform gravity & lateral calculations for concrete building elements including:
* Post tensioned slab design
* Mild reinforced slab design
* Concrete column design
* Lateral analysis & shear wall or moment frame design
* Calculations for miscellaneous minor steel framing such as canopies or elevator support framing
* Concrete tilt panel wall reinforcing
* Drawings:
* Redline drawings to coordinate with calculations
* Draw details for specific project conditions
* The ability to use or willingness to learn to use REVIT for 3D modeling is a plus
* Project Management & Construction Administration:
* Participate in coordination meetings with the project team
* Review and respond to RFI's
* Review shop drawings
* Provide project site visits when required
* Bachelor's degree in civil engineering (structural concentration preferred) & 2 years of relevant work experience
* AutoCAD, BIM, and Bluebeam experience desired but not required
* Detail oriented, organized and self-motivated
* Desire & willingness to learn
