Mechanical Estimator | Phoenix, Arizona | Up to $160K+
We're working with a well-established mechanical contractor in Phoenix, Arizona who are looking to add an experienced Mechanical Estimator to their team.
They have a strong backlog of work across commercial, industrial and mission critical projects and are looking for someone who can hit the ground running.
What You'll Be Doing- Preparing mechanical estimates from drawings and specifications
- Managing the full bid process from ITT through to submission
- Working closely with the preconstruction and operations teams
- 5+ years mechanical estimating experience with a mechanical contractor
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, piping or sheet metal scopes
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications
- Up to $160K+ depending on experience
- Strong benefits package
- Stable contractor with a strong pipeline of work
