Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and hands‑on Field Electrical Engineer to support electrical and instrumentation‑related field operations for water treatment and industrial construction projects. This role will assist with site coordination, equipment installation, electrical system review, troubleshooting, documentation, and construction execution. The ideal candidate is willing to work in the field, learn site operations, and gradually participate in electrical planning, control logic, and technical coordination as they gain experience.

This is a Full time and ON‑SITE position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support hands‑on field work and daily site operations, with a focus on electrical and instrumentation‑related activities.
  • Understand and assist with site coordination, construction planning, field requirements, and work arrangement.
  • Support instrumentation installation, equipment installation, and equipment operation on site.
  • Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure work is completed according to project needs, site requirements, quality standards, and safety requirements.
  • Support construction quality and safety follow‑up, including issue tracking, improvement actions, and field coordination.
  • Assist with internal documentation, ERP system updates, and engineering document preparation, including daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Review electrical drawings, engineering drawings, and related technical documents to support field execution and project planning.
  • Gradually participate in planning and design work as familiarity with the role increases.
  • Assist with equipment installation planning, operation planning, and construction sequence coordination.
  • Support electrical drawing planning, review, and modification based on site conditions and project needs.
  • Assist with program logic planning, control logic design, and related technical documentation.
Qualifications
  • Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Instrumentation & Control Engineering, or a related field.
  • Entry‑level candidates are welcome; co‑op, or hands‑on field experience in construction, engineering, semiconductor, water treatment, or industrial projects is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of electrical systems, instrumentation, equipment installation, and field construction activities is .
  • Ability to read and understand electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, P&, equipment layouts, and related technical documents is .
  • Familiarity with sensors, control panels, PLC, control logic, or automation systems is a plus.
  • Willingness to support hands‑on field work, site coordination, equipment installation, testing, troubleshooting, and project execution.
  • Strong safety awareness and ability to follow site safety requirements and construction procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail, learning ability, problem‑solving skills, and sense of responsibility.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and internal departments.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multicultural, and fully on‑site project environment.
